Kids Birthday Party FAQs

Yes, The Sand Place stays open to the public during regular business hours. However, if you have booked a private after-hours event, you have exclusive use of the space!

A $50 deposit is due when you book, and it goes toward your total party cost. If you cancel or reschedule at least 21 days before your event, you can use the deposit as in-store credit for up to 2 months from the cancellation date. If you cancel within 20 days of the party, the deposit is forfeited.

We will reach out to you the week before the big day. We will ask for a guest count and send you a link to our waiver for your guests to sign. The final payment is due at the end of party.

Yes, waivers are required for all guests who are attending the party. Fill out your waivers here!

Unfortunately, not. Celebrations with food, cakes, cookies, or presents need a party reservation.
