How Does the Online Waiver Work?

Every guest needs a signed waiver, and signing online is the fastest way to get through the door. You add your children, sign once, and the waiver attaches to your family’s profile. It stays on file for 12 months, so your next visit starts at the sandbox instead of the clipboard.

You can still sign on paper at the door if you prefer. Online is simply quicker, especially on a busy Saturday when the line to the counter is the longest part of the morning.

How Do Admission and Memberships Work?

All-Day Play

Admission is all-day play with in-and-out re-entry and no time limit. The first child is $20, the first sibling is $18, and each sibling after that is $16. Up to two adults per paying child come in free, and infants under 12 months play free with a paying older sibling. You can see every price on our prices page.

Memberships

A membership is $60 per month per child and includes unlimited all-day play with no blackout dates and no visit caps. It bills automatically on your signup anniversary, you get an email receipt each month, and you can cancel anytime with no fees. At the front desk, your member pricing applies the moment we look you up. Nobody has to remember a discount code or do math on a calculator while your kids wait.

Private Play and Movie Night

Private Play is a sensory-friendly session for $100: 60 minutes of exclusive access for up to 4 children plus caregivers, with a pre-session email consultation. Book it from the store at least a week ahead when you can. Movie Night is one Friday per month at $20 per child, flat, with up to 2 adults free per paying child. Doors open at 5:00 PM and the film starts at 5:15 PM. Sibling rates do not apply to Movie Night, so every child is $20.

How Does Party Booking Work?

You pick a party package, choose a date and start time, add any extras, and pay the $50 deposit. The deposit goes toward your total party cost. Our birthday page lists the packages, add-ons, and what each one includes.

Two things happen behind the screen that matter to you. First, the calendar checks the room live, so two families can never book the same party room at the same time. Second, our cancellation policy runs automatically. If you cancel or reschedule 21 or more days before the event, your deposit becomes in-store credit valid for 2 months. If you cancel within 20 days, the deposit is forfeited. You see that policy before you pay, not after.

Weekends fill up fast. Weekend parties typically book 4 to 6 weeks ahead, and weekday parties 2 to 3 weeks ahead.

• One family, one profile. Your waiver, your children, your membership, and your party booking sit on one record. The person at the desk sees all of it without asking you to repeat yourself. Omni-Play’s digital waivers attach each signature to the right family automatically.
• Memberships that bill themselves. Recurring billing renews each month and retries a failed card, so a membership does not quietly lapse.
• Parties that cannot be double-booked. Party booking checks capacity live and applies our deposit and cancellation rules without anyone improvising.
• Reports that show us the quiet hours. Attendance and sales reports help us plan staffing and tell you when the sandbox is calmest.

That last point helps you directly. Our least-crowded times are weekdays 9 to 10 AM or 12 to 1 PM, and weekends 2 to 4 PM.

Tips for a Faster Visit

2. Reserve at least 48 hours ahead for weekend visits.
3. If you plan to visit more than 3 times a month, price out a membership first.
4. Book a party as early as you can, especially for a weekend date.
5. Plan for sand. Kids play barefoot, there is a shoe-removal area at the entrance, and a brush-off station near the exit.
