Celebrate an epic birthday in our Private Party Room. Enjoy exclusive access to the private party room sandbox or our giant main sandbox for two whole hours! Kids love our construction themed offerings!

What's included:

Party Room

The Private Party Room can comfortably accommodate 24 people. It boasts its own private sandbox and is the perfect space for hosting small parties! Booking includes 2-hours of party time.

10+ Children

Our party package is perfect for up to 10 kids, with plenty of room for fun! Want to invite more? Each additional child is just $25. The Private Party Room seats up to 12 kiddos comfortably. Let’s celebrate big! Need more space? Book the entire store, click the Private Event tab above.

Food & Drinks

Feel free to bring your own food, cake, and refreshments to make the party complete! The room includes a handy countertop prep area and a small fridge to keep everything cool and fresh.

Decorations

Our party room comes decked out with a construction-themed 'Happy Birthday' banner and table settings including plates, forks, and napkins for a fun-filled celebration! You can use the wall hooks or painter’s tape for extra decorations. Just no thumbtacks or clear tape, please. Let’s get the party started!

Party Favors

Every kid gets a yellow or pink construction hat with cool truck stickers to make it their own—plus a plastic toy truck to take home! It’s the perfect party favor for an unforgettable birthday bash. Full Venue Party Experience

Celebrate an epic event! With our after hours private event package you get the Entire Store to yourself! Be sure to invite all your friends to the coolest event of the year.

What's included:

The Store

When you rent the whole store, you can host up to 65 people for two hours! Kids can play in our giant sandbox or the private party room sandbox. We will even let you pick the music.

25 Children

With this party package we allow up to 25 children. With this much space you can invite the entire class!

Food & Drinks

Kids Birthday Party FAQs

Is The Sand Place open to the public during birthdays?

Yes, The Sand Place stays open to the public during regular business hours. However, if you have booked a private after-hours event, you have exclusive use of the space!

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

A $50 deposit is due when you book, and it goes toward your total party cost. If you cancel or reschedule at least 21 days before your event, you can use the deposit as in-store credit for up to 2 months from the cancellation date. If you cancel within 20 days of the party, the deposit is forfeited.

When will I need a final count for my party?

We will reach out to you the week before the big day. We will ask for a guest count and send you a link to our waiver for your guests to sign. The final payment is due at the end of party.

Are waivers required for parties?

Yes, waivers are required for all guests who are attending the party. Fill out your waivers here!

Can we host a birthday party without reserving a party room?

Unfortunately, not. Celebrations with food, cakes, cookies, or presents need a party reservation.
